Using a steel door simulator, and wood wedges to simulate a locked door, instructors from Traditions Training drilled firefighters from BBVFC on the art of forcing a locked door. Using proper techniques, tools, communications and teamwork allows this very critical task on the fire scene to be accomplished in an efficient manner.
