The first weekend of the new year was filled with training for the members of the BBVFC. Saturday was the first day of a 24 hour EMT refresher course for the volunteer and career EMT’s. This class provides mandated classroom and practical reviews needed for EMT certification.
Sunday was the final day of training at the donated house at 400 Garfield Parkway. Firefighters from both Bethany Beach and Millville drilled on roof ventilation and wall breeching. We thank the Marcey Family for their generous use of the property to improve our firefighters skills and safety!
