Assist Millville VFC with Dryer Fire - 36000 Baltimore Avenue, Ocean View, DE

In the morning hours of Monday, 7 September 2015, Bethany Beach Fire Company received an alarm to respond and assist Millville Fire Company with a cloths dryer fire. The fire was in the 36000 block of Baltimore Avenue in Ocean View. The fire was contained to the immediate area with minimal damage to the 1-story home. Bethany Beach responded with Quint 70, Traffic Control 70, manned by Captain Bill Bowden Sr. and Command 70, manned by Chief Brain Martin. No injuries were reported and Fire Marshal was requested to investigate the origin of the fire.
