Vehcile Fire - Garfield Parkway

70 units were dispatched to a vehicle fire @ Garfield parkway east of coastal highway. Units arrived to find medic 105 with their hood up and what 105 thought was smoke was actually steam from a busted radiator hose. The crew from engine 1 used absorbent to soak up the antifreeze and washed the road way with a hand line. Units remained on scene for a short time and then returned to quarters.
