Bethany Members Take A Tour Of The Inlet Bridge - New Inlet Bridge

On Saturday April 17th the Bethany Fire Department members had an opportunity to observe the new Inlet Bridge up close. Chief Martin scheduled a tour with the Inlet Bridge Safety Director. This tour gave members an Ideal of what to expect if they are called to the site for some type of medical emergency or rescue. Members had the opportunity to climb the north east tower and take a ride in the man basket on the south side. The Bethany Beach Fire Company would like to thank the Skanska Construction Company for all there cooperation during the building of the Inlet Bridge.
