Assist Millville with a Residential Fire - Katie Street Ocean View

On Tuesday 06/02/15 at 5:23am, Station 70 was dispatched to assist Station 84 (Millville) with a house fire on Katie Street in Ocean View. Asst. Chief Tom Moore responded with 70-8 and arrived to find a 2 story home with fire already showing through the roof. Tower 70 set up on side A and attempted an initial search but was quickly driven out by high heat conditions. Quint 70-4 established a water supply to Tower 70 and a master stream operation was begun. Rescue 70, B-70 and Traffic Control 70 also assisted on the scene.
