The Bethany Beach Volunteer Fire Company encourages the use of the “File of Life” program. The “File of Life” is a readily available packet of information that emergency personnel can access in the event of a medical emergency. Just fill out the information sheets with your personal information, medical history, medications and allergies. Place the information sheets into the magnetic plastic holder and place the “File of Life” on your refrigerator. There is also a high visibility sticker that you can place on your main entrance door to alert emergency personnel that a “File of Life” is available to assist them. The “File of Life” assists you in providing accurate and timely information to emergency responders in the event you are unable to. Pick up your “File of Life” at Fire Station 70 located at 215 Hollywood Street in Bethany Beach.
